※This circle operates as a passion-driven doujin project. Due to full-time job commitments, orders are only processed on weekends, with shipments dispatched the following week. If any items are found to be out of stock during order processing, restocking will take place the next weekend, and shipping will follow thereafter. (All times are based on GMT+8 Taipei Time.)
International Orders:
◎ Registered Airmail: A tracking number will be provided, and tracking will be available through Chunghwa Post's International / Mainland China Tracking Service. (Note: Some countries will only offer tracking up to the point of arrival at the destination country's customs.)
Taiwan Orders:
◎ 7-11 Pickup: A tracking number will be automatically generated by the system, and tracking will be available through the 7-11 E-Tracking system.
◎ FamilyMart Pickup: A tracking number will be automatically generated by the system, and tracking will be available through the FamilyMart tracking system.
◎ Registered Mail: A tracking number will be provided, and tracking will be available through Chunghwa Post's Domestic Express/Letter-Post/Parcel item system.
We offer the following after-sales services:
◎ Refund or reshipment for defective items (we will cover the reshipping cost)
◎ Return and refund for non-defective items (the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility)
※ Exchange service is not available.
